CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
TRUGLO, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of archery and firearm accessories. We are seeking self motivated, customer service oriented individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements:
• Three (3) or more years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in the Outdoor/Archery or Firearms industry considered a plus.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Team player.
• Experience using SAGE MAS 200 considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Provide phone support for customers.
• Accurate order entry and shipment processing.
• Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Become knowledgeable about all aspects of our product lines.
• Assist in developing and improving processes/procedures.
• Support and assist sales management.
• Attendance may be required at industry tradeshows.
